About the Role
We’re seeking a Cabinet Refacing Technician to join our team. You’ll work both in our workshop and on-site in customer homes, helping bring dream kitchens to life. Woodworking experience is required; cabinet refacing techniques will be taught on the job.
Responsibilities:
Clean, tape and prepare job-site for sanding, paintwork and installs.
Measure, check in and prepare cabinet components for refacing
Sand, spray paint, and finish cabinetry surfaces
Install new cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow project plans and take direction from management
Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Requirements
Skills & Experience Needed:
Woodworking experience required
Experience with spray painting, sanding, and detailed finishing work preferred
Ability to read measurements and use woodworking tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Operate multiple types of machines/equipment.
Maintain clean work area daily
Adhere to safety rules, in and around jobsites
Make drywall and or cabinet repairs
Must have valid DL & reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, and using tools for extended periods
Able to work in both workshop and residential environments
Integrity – work hard while on the job and seek more work if needed.
