About the Role
We’re seeking a Cabinet Refacing Technician to join our team. You’ll work both on-site in customer homes and in our workshop, helping bring dream kitchens to life. Woodworking experience is a plus but not necessary; cabinet refacing techniques will be taught on the job.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Needed:
Woodworking experience preferred
Experience with spray painting, sanding, and detailed finishing work a pluss
Ability to read measurements and use woodworking tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Operate multiple types of machines/equipment.
Maintain clean work area daily
Adhere to safety rules, in and around jobsites
Make drywall and or cabinet repairs
Must have valid DL & reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, and using tools for extended periods
Able to work in both workshop and residential environments
Integrity – work hard while on the job and seek more work if needed.
